This package includes 80 comfortable chairs and 10 spacious tables, providing ample seating and surfaces for guests to use. 🚚DELIVERY

• We deliver to Buffalo NY and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
• We set up frame tents the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before your event and does not count toward your event time.
• We take down our tents Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after your event end and also does not count toward your rental time.
• Can be set up on grass or concrete please be specific as we secure tents differently based on surface.

💧RAIN DELAY:

• You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 48 hour notice before delivery is given.

• This tent fits 64 people with (8) 5 Foot Round Tables

• This tent fits 96 people with (12) 8 Foot Rectangle Tables
• This tent fits 135 people just in chairs with NO TABLE
