How do I place a rental order?

If you go to any of the product pages, there will be a green button under the picture. Hit check book now under the product and a calendar will pop up. Select a date and it will tell you the availability for that product. If the product is unavailable, select another date. If the product is available scroll down and select your address. Once the address is set, the price for delivery will display. Continue to the next page to build your order and add additional products as well as add party times and other information. If you run into any issues, please give us a call at 716-812-0818 and we can help and guide you through the process.

Is there a minimum order requirement for rentals?

There is no minimum order amount, however for delivery, your order must be at least $200 before delivery charges in order for us to deliver to your event.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can make changes to your order within a specified timeframe before the event. Contact our customer service to discuss modifications.

What's the rental duration? Can I extend it if needed?

Our standard rental duration is 6 hours. If you need to extend the rental period, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. There is an additional charge for overnight orders.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services? Is there a fee?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for your convenience. Delivery fees vary based on the distance and size of the order.

How far in advance should I book rentals for my event?

We recommend booking rentals at least 2-4 weeks before your event to ensure availability and to allow time for preparations.

Is a security deposit required?

In order to secure your rental, we require a 25% non-refundable down payment.

What happens if rented items are damaged during the event?

You will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items.

Do you provide setup and takedown services for the rented items?

We take care of setup and teardown of your rental items. Our team will ensure that the rented items are properly arranged and disassembled. All tents are delivered the day before your event. All other items will be delivered and setup prior to your event start time.

Are there any additional fees beyond the rental cost?

In addition to the rental cost, there may be delivery fees and applicable taxes. These will be clearly communicated to you during the ordering process.

Do you offer any package deals or discounts on multiple rentals?

Can I cancel my rental order? Is there a cancellation fee?

What's your policy on cleaning the rented items before returning them?

We appreciate it if you return the items in a reasonably clean condition. However, our team will handle the final cleaning process to ensure they are ready for the next rental.
